By engaging with any aspect of the Program, you affirmatively agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("TOU"). If you do not consent to these TOU in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing the Program.

For purposes of these TOU, "Releasees" shall mean Rebekah Wallace, LLC and its affiliates, including, without limitation, all employees, directors, officers, agents, and assigns thereof.

1. Description of the Program

The Program shall consist of services delineated on the registration webpage or communicated via email upon enrollment. These TOU shall remain applicable to subsequent enrollments or purchases unless explicitly superseded by a separate written agreement.

The Program is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Rebekah Wallace, LLC disclaims all liability for use by individuals under this age threshold.

2. Financial Terms

Enrollment in the Program constitutes your agreement to the fee structure and payment schedule specified at the point of purchase. In the event of payment via debit or credit card, you hereby authorize automatic billing by Rebekah Wallace, LLC for all charges due under these TOU.

Non-payment when due confers upon Rebekah Wallace, LLC the right to terminate your access to the Program. Withdrawal from the Program, whether voluntary or involuntary, does not absolve you of financial responsibility for the full cost of the Program.

You shall also be liable for any costs incurred by Rebekah Wallace, LLC in the collection of unpaid fees.

3. Refund Policy

In recognition of the extensive preparation and effort that goes into the Program, Rebekah Wallace, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. By engaging with the Program, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to a refund of any fees paid, irrespective of your level of participation.

c. Prohibited Uses: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Program content is strictly prohibited and shall subject the offender to potential legal action and liquidated damages.

5. Coaching/Mentor Relationship

The Program provides a coaching/mentoring service that is collaborative in nature. Both the coach and client assume responsibilities in furthering the client's goals.

a. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching/mentoring calls and interactions with the Coach/Mentor. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach/Mentor. Client understands coaching/mentoring is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

b. Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.

d. Client acknowledges that coaching/mentoring is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching/mentoring principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

e. Client acknowledges that coaching/mentoring does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching/mentoring is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching/mentoring relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach/Mentor.

f. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

6. User Conduct

Participants in the Program are prohibited from using the Program for unauthorized marketing, solicitation, or distribution of commercial content. Respectful and responsible engagement with the Program content and other participants is required at all times.

7. Community Guidelines

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that supports a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for all participants.

8. Confidentiality

While confidentiality is respected, Rebekah Wallace, LLC is not legally obligated to treat information shared in the context of the Program as confidential.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Program credentials and any activities conducted under your account.

10. Live Events

Participation in live events requires adherence to all rules and guidelines, including appropriate behavior and compliance with local laws.

11. Termination and Cancellation

Rebekah Wallace, LLC reserves the right to terminate your participation for breach of these TOU. Cancellation policies are detailed within these TOU.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Program is at your own risk. Rebekah Wallace, LLC is not responsible for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from participation in the Program. Legal, financial, and other professional advice should be sought independently of the Program.

13. Security

Electronic communications carry inherent risks, and Rebekah Wallace, LLC cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted in such a manner.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.

15. International Use

Users outside the United States must comply with their local laws in accessing the Program.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebekah Wallace, LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Program. The Coach/Mentor makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching/mentoring services rendered. In no event shall the Coach/Mentor be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

17. Force Majeure

Rebekah Wallace, LLC is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control. Rebekah Wallace, LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this TOU, should such failure or delay be caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as fire or earthquake), labor disputes, acts of God, public enemies, widespread health emergencies (such as epidemics or pandemics), incapacitation or death within the Company, or any form of law, order, or regulation from local, state, federal, national, or international authorities (hereinafter referred to collectively as a “Force Majeure Event”).

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Rebekah Wallace, LLC commits to promptly notifying you, the Client, regarding any resultant inability to perform or delays in the delivery of the Program. Following such notification, the Company will endeavor to propose alternative schedules or methods for delivering the Program, or, in certain circumstances, may opt to terminate this TOU.

18. General Provisions

These TOU constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications. Rebekah Wallace, LLC reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time.
